Positive: Good location for the city and exit from city
Negative: The parking out the rear is horrendous...not practical especially if 2 cars are there.
On arrival it stank of smoke and bad smells inside .
Curtain poles broken so had maintenance guy over drilling at 5 pm and no hoover in apparentment so had a dirty bedroom all 3 days .
Very dark in front room and it's very uncomfortable on sofa and bed .
Not what I expected for the money .
